An open tumbling session is a class or training session where up to 6 athletes work together under the guidance of a coach or instructor. Each athlete gets the opportunity to practice and improve their tumbling skills in a group setting.

A private tumbling session is a one-on-one coaching session where an athlete works individually with a coach or instructor. This type of session focuses exclusively on the athlete's specific needs, goals, and skill level. It offers personalized attention and tailored instruction, allowing the coach to provide direct feedback and make adjustments in real-time.
