What We Measure
Community Involvement
We encourage youth to become active, responsible, and engaged members of their communities. Program participants are given opportunities to build leadership skills, support their peers, and take part in positive community-based experiences that strengthen confidence and purpose.
Youth School Attendance
Consistent attendance is a key indicator of student engagement and accountability. We monitor school attendance to help ensure participants are showing up not only for the program, but also for their academic responsibilities.
Behavioral Incidents
Our goal is to provide youth with structure, guidance, and positive outlets that support better decision-making. By promoting discipline, respect, and accountability, we aim to reduce behavioral incidents and improve overall student conduct.
Strength & Cardiovascular Endurance
Physical wellness is a core part of our mission. Through athletic training, conditioning, and movement-based activities, participants improve their strength, endurance, and overall fitness, helping them build healthier habits that extend beyond the program.
Program Retention
Retention reflects the value and impact of our work. When youth continue showing up, staying engaged, and completing the program, it demonstrates that they feel supported, challenged, and connected to the experience we provide.
